A colorized restored version of an old photo of 1930's city street corner with signs and peeling posters on a brick wall. The scene is a rundown abandoned looking industrial section of New York City with auto repair shops and a parking garage. In the distance is a lone shadowy figure walking along on the sidewalk in this sad poverty stricken and dingy bankrupt part of town.
