This one tree is the last one standing in my imaginary barren wasteland abstract landscape. In the distance are purple mountains and what appears to be some verdant land, or is it just a mirage? In the foreground is dry and arid, baked golden sands and what seems to be the last tree in the world. The sky is filled with white clouds but they are the kind that are devoid of any life giving moisture and so the dark golden lake bed is bone dry and this little tree might be in for a thirsty future.
