This is a bold digital mosaic that has as the focal point a vividly colored sunburst design with an art deco style look that appears to be rising among the smaller brightly burning fiery stars in the dark black night sky.
This digital mosaic is a classic example of my signature style of app stacking. I started this design off with a round orange and yellow fractal using a mobile fractal explorer, then I ran it through a glitch art app to stretch the lines and break it into small segments. I then brought it into Gimp where I added the stars and applied the mosaic finish.
I am a life long lover of art and nothing makes me happier than when I am creating it. My style is an eclectic mix of colors and emotions that I believe will offer a little something for everyone. I like to experiment and invent new techniques in creating art with my digital tools and one of my goals is always to make digital mixed media artwork that doesn't look digital. Lately I have been enjoying creating retro pop art and colorful minimalist works. Be sure to check in often to see what I am doing next!
