Description
Next in the fanciful fish series is the Limon Barb who is named for his yellow and green, lemon lime colors. He is quite a sight with black stripes, green and yellow spots, red and orange fins and shiny yellow scales and he loves to swim among the seaweeds that grow in the brackish water where the river meets the ocean. They are edible and taste best when marinated in tequila overnight and lots of salt!
