A nostalgic still life of a pile of assorted antique buttons from granny's sewing room collection. There are all different sizes and styles in many shiny shades of blue. Some have two holes and some have four, some even still have thread in them. This is just a small sample from the large tin she had saved from worn out clothing. She lived through the depression and never threw anything away that she might be able to use someday. I am glad she did because I love this button collection I found in her house after she went to heaven.
