A beautiful orange sunrise on the Oklahoma Plains, as the dawn is breaking after a stormy night there are still remnants of storm clouds hanging low in the sky. This is a digital painting adapted from a photograph I took looking over a rural cow pasture. It was my habit when I lived out in the country to get up early before the sun every morning and take photos of the sunrise and I am so glad I did because now I live in town and do not have this stunning view of the eastern horizon anymore.
