Artist's Description
A rusty old abandoned bicycle leans up against a tree in the long shadows of a summer evening just before the sun goes down. It seems to emit a lonely yearning feeling as of a jilted lover who has been waiting at the same spot each day in hopes that their sweetheart will return. In the background is a classic landscape of a green meadow with a distant tree line and in the blue sky the hints of pink signalling the coming darkness of another lonesome night.
