Description
A watercolor artwork of a wild school of goldfish which can be found in freshwater lakes, ponds, rivers and streams all around the world. They are part of the carp family and related to koi. Goldfish that have been released into the wild from pet stores and home aquariums have become an invasive species in many parts of the world including America.
This school is swimming in murky brackish water and their bright colors of golden orange and white with blue highlights add some cheer to an otherwise dark and gloomy scene.
This is my week 24 image for the FAA CAC 52 week outdoors theme image challenge.
